I like Pro3 and all I got was this crappy CT.

Pro3 c/c plate comes with recommended aligment spec. does anyone know what that is? I need to do aligment, and i have no idea what the spec was

Wherever you're getting the alignment should have the specs. Just set it up close enough and let the techs take care of it.

well, i know they would have stock spec. But i need recommended that they come with. I think it was like Maxed out caster or something like that

camber would usually be maxed out (away from engine)

caster you'd have to eye up until you get to a shop.

away from engine? wouldn't that be positive camber then?

for castor set it all the way back towards the firewall (if there is a castor setting on this cc plate)

as far as the camber setting yea it would be positive if its all the way away from the engine..... before you tear anything off....measure the top of the shock nut to the inner fender(this will measure the camber setting). after the plate is installed measure the same distance to get in the same range camber distance as it was before.

and when the base line is all set and done get to the alignment shop and spend the 60 bucks. those 60 will save the life of your tires

Pro3i rec for street apps.
Caster maximum positive possible
Camber -.5 degrees of negative camber
toe to factory specs

Sorry Instructions were here at the house and I was at work.
