Tons of ppl street drive non-PI bottom ends to PI head swaps motors all the time with no tune at all.
However, it it were my car, I would only run premimun fuel. The full point increase in CR ratio will benefit from the higher octane.

If you change the injectors, then a tune is required.
The right answer depends upon how you intend on using the car and your budget $$.
Perhaps I'm not the best person to ask this question. I will always advise to understand your goals and resources. Plan accordingly.
Why not just drive it for a while? After all, the PI swap is going to add a good "kick" all on it's own.
