However, it it were my car, I would only run premimun fuel. The full point increase in CR ratio will benefit from the higher octane.

The right answer depends upon how you intend on using the car and your budget $$. Perhaps I'm not the best person to ask this question. I will always advise to understand your goals and resources. Plan accordingly. Why not just drive it for a while? After all, the PI swap is going to add a good "kick" all on it's own. Signed Ward Cleaver
