Does anyone have a corbeau seats in there car!! like the gts II.... I wanted to see your brackets that u have with them....

I just bought one and having trouble mounting them..... its like not a perfect bolt on, I want to see some pics for comparison, I know I can find it on google and stuff but want to see them in a stang........

This is the custom bracket that my Corbeau sport seats are mounted on. The brackets are from Corbeau and allow the seats to be mounted close to the stock height. The brackets are square, but the floor pan is not flat. So, you have to start the bolt or nut, depending on front or back, at each corner. Then tighten them down equally pulling the bracket flush to the floor pan and tightening the bracket down.

I tried the adapter brackets that are cheaper and they make the seat sit too high.

Another thing I did was buy small star washers and use them with the bolts that hold the seat to the bracket along with some locktite. The reason for this is the bolts tend to loosen and the only way to tighten them back up is to take the seat back out of the car, which is a pain after tightening it down to the floor pan.
