Thanks guys, appreciate the kudos for sure..

As for stripes, it will eventually have some sort of striping. Not sure yet, going to leave it as is for this year and maybe do stripes next winter.

The body kit is the cervinis eleanor kit. With everything I did to this car so far, I probably have 15 to 16k into it. I believe the total is accurate on this mods list here: http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums/garage.php?mode=view_vehicle&CID=1164

It looks VERY sinister as is!!!!! I feel that IF you do want to put stripes on it, do something along the lines of DarkFireGT. Go a few shades lighter perhaps and make them subtle. To me, the way your car looks, if you go with to much of a contrast it will take a lot away from the look you have now.

Nice car, but why don't you remove the cobra grill off your GT? Please tell me you're not gonna be a poser and take the GT emblems off the fenders and add snakes there too?

yo why's it matter and what's he trying to pose? I think everyone that knows shi* about cars knows that's not a shelby... am i right? its obviously got more power and better looks than any GT so why hate if he wants to put a badge on his car? It's not like he's putting letters up saying SHELBY and telling people he has a shelby. This car is nicer than basically any of those little kits the dealers throw together and try and charge another 10k and say they're a special edition. So well just call this the emay edition. got it? Sweet ..... and don't hate cause its something you don't have

Snake, no worries my man, the purists feel the cobra is special. Something above everything else, and hence should not be messed with. In a sense I agree, but I don't feel the cobra is the fable creature it's made out to be, and I'm not a purist to any of the SE lines on any make/model car.

What I like about the badge is it's verticle mounting position, which makes it unique on the grill and brakes up the horizontal lines of the billet grill which become overwhelming with no badge, forget about the posing and all that jazz. I obviously left the fender emblems so I wasn't posing.

Along with the verticle mount, the colors (black and gray) fit my theme of black, black, and more black quite easily.

It's funny, the majority here like the car, many even say keep the badge, but a employee of mine put a few pics of my car up on his favorite mustang site (mustangworld) and they flamed the entire car, mostly the badge. Someone went as far as stating I should have gone and done the big brake kit already, instead of the 5 dollar can of red spray paint on the calipers (when do I get to take a little breather from spending money on the car anyway) I mean I only bought the car in October and I think I got a ton of expensive crap done. Another made fun of the non functional scoops, another said I should put more fog lites on the car taking a poke at the extra piaa's cervinis puts in the fascia. Many of the mustang world jack azz's even made fun of stangnet, specifically this thread, and how the majority here like the car, but the majority there hated it. Needless to say I wasn't too appreciative of that.

Everyone is entitled an opinion, my project car isn't for everyone, I learned to let things roll off the back long before the internet came along. A good thing to.

Thanks for the many props and negative opinions the like.

to you emay on doing your own thing! The only person that it has to satisfy is you and it looks like you achieved that. I for one love the look you have going on there...badges and all. Now the Cobra emblems are not of my taste, but that is where I can appreciate another's hard work and desire.

Too much spare time..lol

Took some spare time and played around with some effects with Emay's bad a**ed Stang! Nothing to flashy, just was looking to make the car stand out a bit more. Also put his car together with DarkFireGT's for a "side by side" if you will.

I see your gettin a hang of the shoppin. I like a few of these a lot, might send you the original files for some similar changes so I can use them as full desktop photos and possible large prints. That is if you don't mind, cause photo shop is like french to me sometimes.
