Wow! Thanks for the replies guys! I've never said it, but you guys have been a MAJOR help with this project. Literally, 100% of the questions I come up with during this are directed to you guys first, because I know that if there's anyone I can trust with Mustang questions... it's you guys.
One thing that occassionally picks at me though is watching your cars come together. An example would be the kick@$$ performance/suspension features BAD67FUN adds to his fastback, or the ridiculously sharp/classic look of Pakrats 69 Vert. I'm not trying to kiss any @$$ either.. I'm dead serious. Everytime I see something that I like I'm sometimes hindered by the fact that I can't add it on my car due to what I'm trying to accomplish... a detail correct vehicle. BAD67FUN's got some great Baer's and Pak has a sick paint job....hell, you could practically eat off of his 302... you get the idea.
gp001 and I had many minor arguments here but what's really great is how we got past that and are now friends. It's a matter of respect, regardless of opinion. How many more ponies can he pinch out of that 347??? lol The dyno clip was sick.
Anywho, I plan on doing the bodywork myself, along with the entire restoration. But I'll take the car to a paint shop to do the actual color, etc. There are some things that I just don't want to try for the first time on this car...lol. Estimated time? Hopefully by the end of summer 2005.
Pak, anytime you wanna hook up, let me know man. We're not far away and I'd love to take a ride in your 'vert. If you wanna check this pony out, let me know.
Anyways... thanks again guys, it means a lot,
-Tim
