That is the only down side. but it is different and that is what I was going for. not just another red mustang with white stripes, or a 2 tone or a flame job.

NEXT INTERIOR!

My whole setup: M2300k cobra brake conversion, 31 spline moser axles, 31 spline eaton posi, 3.73 gears, TA rear end girdle, Steeda billet Lower rear control arms, BBK boxed upper rear control arms, Polyurethane bushings in front control arms with Steeda X2 balljoints, Steeda bump steer corrector kit, Eiback sportline springs, Koni Red adjustable struts and shocks, 285/35/18 Nitto NT555 Radial tires out back with 255/40/17 Nitto NT555s up front on Steeda ultralite II rims, FMS aluminum driveshaft, Wild Rides battle boxes, line lock, weld in subframe connectors, Wild Rides Battle Boxes, still have stock swaybars.

I rolled the front fender lips and rear quarter lips. "Massaged" the rear inner wheel wells. And have a bunch of rack limiters up front. I also machined the inner hub on the front wheels by 1/4". It was well worth it, with how it sis now.

They gave me $5,000 so I can't complain at all. And that comment was a general comment. I don't insult people directly on the forums.

Wasn't sure with your response.

the $5,000 would have fixed it with "blending" and other half ass practices. The car already had a previous repaint with crappy masking jobs. Plus the quarter panel had a dent. So it was due for a proper paint job, with a lifetime paint guarantee.

Nope, I will be washing this car with a diaper from now on. I want to keep the rims. I did a lot to make them work on my fox body.

It is a GM red with a white pearl for the stripes. It cost me $10,000. The car wash paid for half.

This is all they did. They dissasembled it for all the body work and rolled all 4 fenders and even welded in reinforcements. Then primed it. Then test fit everything. They took it apart, they painted it red. They put it back together again to lay the stripes. Then took it apart again for the clear. Then it is going back together for the last time. That is where they are at now. They even molded the Cobra bumper insert into the bumper instead of the usual stick on. Among other things they did. And I am getting all new glass.
