Yeah, you have to reduce the size of your pictures. Look, the screen has a fixed display of 1024x768 (my 15" LCD, anyway). That's 745472 pixels. How many pixels does your camera put out? More than that, proobably, on hi-res, which makes a picture too big to display. So, sites like this liit the pixel count to something that will display on the screen and won't take up too much memory on the server. So, reduce the resolution on your camera and take more pics, or reduce the size in Photoshop, etc.
