Yea, it was messed up, just got replaced and got the car back today. But i give it credit, the car made it like that for about 300 miles with 4 guys in the car + luggage!

I'm going to lower it in the spring, I am out of funds after getting it fixed until I get reimbursed from Indiana DOT

I thought the same exact thing, I was like wow my car really sits that high, so I'm making it priority to get it lowered in the spring, prolly with H&R SS, but I haven't really looked into that much, anyone done this by themselves if so how hard is it, I installed my trans myself, but I don't know if I need a spring compressor to do the work

Nope no spring compressor is needed. Its fairly easy, if you did your trans, you can do the springs

lol if you can put in a tranny, you can definately do the springs.

American Muscle has a great tech article on installing springs, i dont remember where it is but when youre looking at the springs and such the instructions are at the bottom.

i didnt use a spring compressor, i just used a jack to compress the spring and I went from there. I also didnt tear apart everything like most write-ups show you, because i would hate to wrestle with all those old ass bolts. I just unbolted the stock c/c plates and dropped the strut in its entirety, youll know what i mean if you try doing this.

Yea, i found the write up, it seems very good indeed, actually after looking at my car today it looks like the suspension settled again, it was on a lift for a couple of days so it doesn't seem as bad. I'll try to take some more pics this weekend if the weather is nice, i'm still going to lower it in the future. I love the rims and i got a pretty good deal on them, 600 plus the tires even though the tires don't have much life left.
