Well In the next 2 weeks. Im gonna be shopping for springs.. Im wiling to spend 450$ and came across the Bullitt spring kit.. Springs, Tokico's, Sways.. all for 400$.. not too bad it seems.. Now I need pics with this kit installed.. and I wanna see how it looks.. Im not lookin to slam my car. I just want a mild drop. I have the chin spoiler in the front and dont need ot me dragging that on hard stopss LOL

Thanks guys/gals

Kevin

I have the Bullit springs & Mach I shocks & struts. The Bullit springs only lowered the car just over 1/2" in the front & 3/4" in the rear.

Thats not a heck of a drop, but the stance looks good with those wheels. Oh and the paint on that car gives me a mild erection :hail2: :nice:

Did you put them on backwards? (I seriously doubt you did, but it's uncommon for the back to be lower than the front)

another option would be asking summit to substitute C springs for what's in the package and then pay the difference ($40?)

FWIW....Tokico supposedly makes the Bullit kits....I run Tokicos springs all around and the Bullet front struts from the kit...Im 18's though...ride is good and drop is decent...

I have bullit springs and will be swapping out my adj. tokico's with the bullit/mach front and rear strut/shocks after I get it inspected and plated this summer (prob. a winter project actually).

My drop was slight but noticable. One thing I looked at before deciding this was the route I wanted to take. I noticed alot of good-ish 1.7-1.6 60fts with this setup and every article and person I talked to says its the best handling susp. put on the platform with good all around feel.

Mach 1 springs- are alot better for off the line performance and racing.
Bullitt springs- handle better in the corners and are better for handling.
Both springs performance different.

Now were can i order the kit... Ive seen the kit for 399 with the bigger sway bars!.. I want a nice nice stance. Im thinkin this might be too little of a drop for me...
A one inch drop isn't enough for alot of people. If not consider the
H&R Sport springs they give a 1.6" drop in the front and 1.5" drop
in the rear. The drop from the H&R's look perfect to me.I will be getting
the H&R Sport springs one day.
