Please post pictures of your recently painted 65-66 coupes with or with out the chrome badges, rocker pannels or accessories

Also the differend shades of blue would be great, I am leaning to a dark blue that we use on our ambulances

I think my color is Bright Atlantic Blue Metallic Clearcoat that was used on Ford Focus's. I like the look of no emblems. Looks soo much cleaner. My grill needs something though, like a new bullitt upper and lower grill .

i dont like the rockers myself so i took em off.

i MAY take off the side emblems and put on the shelby style scoops, along with taking out the front horse and corral and put a shelby style looking front end on it.

I've been looking for either a good painter who can paint the emblems on with a pearl so that you can only see them when looking at a certain angle or some form of translucent vinyl which would give the same effect and have someone make the emblems on that and put them on as decals under about 6 layers of clear coat.

That's an awesome idea. I bet it would look incredible, though be pretty pricey.

I'm a fan of ditching the emblems and rocker molding, but leaving the rest.

I wouldn't know, I haven't been able to find anyone willing to take it on or the vinyl material. It's just a thought right now...

Limey - That's a pretty sweet drawing, is that a Liger?

I got bored at the lockup one day, fed up that the car is still on stands and not running etc etc, so I 'customised' my car cover and found out I can't draw ponies or axle stands...
