It almost sounds like the depth has to be adjusted. I had to have that done after the gears were installed. Im getting almost the same sound but not as bad. They said the pinion was too tight. They corrected it but it was never 100% so hopefully thats all that needs to be done. I never heard of this happening to anyone before so im sure it may have to do with the not so great gear install.
