i need a part number for the pioneer balancer. anyone know off hand?

You need Pioneer model# DA3021

It should cost around 59.98...at least that's what it cost at Advance Auto.

Thats funny I was at work today and looked one up. And RTGreen has the price and part number right. They are suposed to be pretty good quality too.

My Pioneer balancer had Powerbond stamped onto it. I don't know if its because I got teh SFI version or they are just all made by powerbond or not. It looks killer and they are not very expensive either. i got mine from http://www.strokermotor.com/DESCatalog/page-4-SFI.html
Non-SFI is around 70 and SFI versions are about 165

i think the first 2 guys are referring to a stock replacement pioneer. I have a pioneer sfi (which has powerbond stamped on it and powerbond documentation in the box, and its partnumber is 872030

Correct!

Pioneer has 2 levels of balancers, a stock replacement and an SFI 'race' balancer.

The above listed part numbers are correct for 50oz with 4 bolt belt setups.
