my question is that with 1.90 and 1.60 valves, 1.6rr's, and an E303 cam will there be enough clearnence between the valves and the pistons. or what other cams would you guys suggest that would work?

Yes it should clear with no problems, however you always need to check.

.100" min on intake and .080" min on exhaust

Get a set of checker springs to hold the valves closed and snug the heads down onto the block with a correct thickness shim to make up for the head gasket. Put the valve train on #1 chamber and roll the motor over a little at a time and push the valves down until they touch the piston. Just go slow and make sure you don't bind the valve into the piston as you go.

Just remember, 1/8" is .125 so make sure you have at least that much clearance. Once you are done, take the heads to a shop so they can set the spring pressure up where the cam specifies so you won't float the valves at speed and smack the pistons.
