Ok i was going to go witht he trickflow Track heat..but now the shop i use went thru some more options...Let me know what you think?...Ok i have the GT40 heads there done now...5 angle valve job mild porting and mild skim cut...new stainless exhaust valve, teflon coated valve seals...Trick flow valve springs...set at 125-130 seat pressure..Ok im going to go with a Track heat intake...I want to get a good blower cam maybe a comp or Anderson cam..or maybe even a custom cam...He is pulling the motor...and were going to have a custom torque convertor made for the AOD...3.73's...It has a paxton supercharger It should be making 7-8 psi...42's 255lph pump..UPR powerpipe, and DBX 95MM Maf...so do you think this will be good?..So can i make over 300 rwhp with this combo do you think i can run 12's ???

I dont see why you shouldnt be at or over 300 hp with that combo. Hitting 12's will soley be up to your driving skills. I have seen low 12 second capable cars trapping 14 second timeslips b/c the owner cant drive. I am sure with some practice you will whittle those times down.

power is there. being a vert you may need to stiffen the car up to get it to hook.

bout all you can do I suppose. actually you may only get one run in without a cage. I believe 13 sec verts and below require one to run at the track.

Im just worried that the GT40 heads are not going to give me that HP i want to reach...Plus the Track heat intake might be to big...the cam might not do enough...lol...The tune...lol..42's injectors going to be enough...im going to be using the new DBX 95mm Maf...so stuff like that..The guy doing the work well he does this for a living...lol...Thats all he does for yrs is Mustangs he specializes in building,working,fixing...them I guess i have to believe in him....

gt40 topped cars are pushing 260-280 depending on supporting mods, add your SC and cam you should be well over the 300hp mark.

Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
