I'm not sure about the panhard bar but the u/l control arms are a must. Get the adjustable ones if you can. I have the eibach sportlines and the ride is great. I love the firm feeling they give the car. You need to be able to transfer weight when launching the car so getting rid of the front sway bar is also a good idea. I need the subs as well so I can't comment on that.
Who makes a good set of subframe connectors. the first race is in april and i want to have them installed before then. I was looking at MM. I also wanted a strut tower brace.
