please help Edelbrock RPM II and RHS 200s gasket/leaking problem

okay, im gettin super pissed off,,, here is the deal, had my motor for about a week new 347 stroker, dropped it in about a week and a half ago, on saturday i went to fill it with fluids and noticed had a lil antifreeze leaking out of no. 5 cylinder spark plug hole, anyway cranked it by hand and sure enough spit a bunch out,, well pulled off the intake and what do i find but bare gaskets, no sealant on the gaskets at all, so i figure that is the problem, so i put some permatex 300 black on both side of new gaskets put them on on saturday morning, last night went and filled the antifreeze up again through temp sensor hole on intake near a/c compressor, and sure enough again started leaking but was worse,, thought it might have been the head gasket but compression shows 175, 170,, 175, 165 or so,, didnt take that much time on it, so pulled the intake back off again and my permatex didnt stick to new aluminum heads at all, but shows that the gasket was on there for sure so doenst look like a casting defect, it says to use Edelbrock gasgacinch #9300 on it, the aluminum heads are super smooth, not for sure if anything will even stick to them, you can see what i have done below, here are some pics to look at also,

does anyone know if i have to use the gasgacinch or if it will actually work for me?

i think that i might scotchbrite up the heads so they will stick better,

also might use RTV Black or Grey and try that

any suggestions would be appreciated

oh just one more thing, you can see where the permatex is smeared a lil bit thats b/c it never set up right!!
