please help me with piston choices

Hey folks,

I need new pistons now!
Please let me know your thoughts on forged versus hyper. I have forged now, and I searched and know forged is stronger, but I also read that hyper may have better oil control. Can anyone recommend specific brands and models? Also, is there any reason I would want to go with 4.020 as opposed to 4.030?

What about rings, should I get a piston and ring set or get them separately?
My machine shop has everything apart right now and will order anything I like, but I need to make a decision right now.

Trick flow forged pistons and total seal rings is about the best. .020 leaves the cylinder wall stronger than .030. i would go forged incase you plan to use nitrous or boost it later on. if it doesnt need a rebore you can reuse the forged ones you have with new rings
