While I've never had this issue, I would think that it was the ignition switch on the column. Don't go throwing parts at it based on my word, just use that for the basis of some online searches.
pull the wire off the S terminal lead of the solenoid when cranking. If it keeps cranking, then it is the ignition switch. Are you having problems with any other electrical components? That is also an indication of the ignition switch. Those switches are known to go bad. Other thing could be the keyed switch itself.

I answered your question and told you to read the checklist because the answer was in there - Ignition switch or TFI module. You evidently didn't bother to read it carefully to extract the information in it. Please don't clutter up the Forum with multiple entries for the same problem. If you don't understand a technical issue, ask for clarification.
