I've been doing a lot of searches and it seems more than a few people have been running this setup in these forums. The Mach 1 strut/shock combo is an awesome deal, great for those on a budget, especially a college student like myself. For those that have been using it with H&R supersports, how's the ride quality and do the struts show any sign of wearing out?

I'm planning on going with this combo along with Pro3i or MM cc plates (have been hearing bad things about a clunking noise with the Pro3i though) and some new spring isolators. That comes out to around 700 and call it a day for my suspension, at least for now. :nice:

Im starting to doubt my setup. Im having a lot of problems with it. i have steeda c/c plates. My advice is to hold out a little longer and go with Koni. Im starting to wish I have, correcting these noises is costing me BIG time.

Cant give you any advice on the Mach 1 shocks/struts but I had H&R SS's/Koni Adjustables and MM C/C plates on my 02 GT........never had any problems and the ride was mint. You get what you pay for....I guess.

Thanks alot for the responses guys, not exactly what I wanted to hear but I think I might have to re-pick the strut/shock from Mach I. But damn, those Konis sure are $$$. I think I might have to stop being a cheapass and go with Bilstein HD, but they're more than double the Mach I's.

Anyone else with any input?

I've had mine on for nearly a year and it rides just like it did when I put them on. Firmer than stock, but not harsh in any way. No weird noises and I still had money for more mods.
