PLENUM QUESTION ?

hi guys i have a quick question im still having trouble with my car dying or almost dying when i come to a stop last night i noticed that my C&l plenum is the plenum for the 02/04 gt's which have the bigger spout for the pcv valve and my car is a 99 which has a much smaller one so i kinda messed with it and put a smaller vac hose in the tube and made sure there was no leaks instead of using the big hose the shop had on my car and i drove it to work this morning and it didnt die once, i was just wondering do you think this is just a coincidence or do you think this could have been affecting my idle this whole time

It was no coincidence, a big vacuum leak will definately cause idle problems. Glad to hear you got it figured out!

Thanks I'm not jumping for joy yet I have thought I have fixed it several times and was dissapointed lol ... the hose was clamped on the pcv valve and on the Plenum I was just thinking maybe it was to much air since it was so much bigger ..
