PLENUM RESULTS ARE IN!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so maybe it's not a graphing thing?
maybe they didn't floor it?
i dunno
it looks very odd
only matt knows if they didn't floor it or changed the graphs in any way. but i think we just gotta deal with the fact that our plenum doesn't make as much power as the accufab model.

I find it most interesting that the baseline increased 9 rwhp between tests with no mods in between. :nice: Maybe the computer was adapting to the plenum + 70mm TB???

Anyhow, great test. Looking back, it would have been nice to do one set with a 70mm TB to relate the new results to the prior test results. (I am by no way complaining!!!!) Then it would have been easier to answer Cottonburners question.

No, the graphs were not changed. I had Speedworks put them on disk, and I e-mailed them directly to Ken. He77, I have a hard enough time running the dynojet winviewer to edit the graphs.

Oh and they floored it each time. I was cringing with that fear of something breaking on each run.......

This is an honest test. I could not have done it more fairly.

I bet if you posted your paypal e-mail address there would be those that would donate that $10....

Great job on the research!! I'm considering seeing what the accufab does on my car...

I don't have a paypal account, but if someone wants to send me any Kenne Bell SC parts, or Kenny Brown suspension upgrades, please do so!

oh ok cool, i was pretty sure you kept the graphs stock. and i know the feeling of them flooring the car while you sit there and watch helplessly...kinda freaky..i kept expecting mind to just explode.

Thanks for the info and time. But I have some questions and concerns

is a plenum/throttle body combo costing $375 + and only neting 5hp worth the money? To me $375+ is not worth 5 hp. Was the dyno ran with the 75mm throttle body in place for the baseline and the plenum added later OR was it stock for basline and the plenum/tb added for the dyno runs? Cause I am wanting to get one of these but for the gain of so little I think I will spend the cash else ware and buy them later when I max out my bolt on's. :flag:
