Matt is still day dreaming about that blower... Your car took a pretty good beating man.. 15 dyno pulls up to 120 mph each pull was it? Didn't you say you ran 9 miles on the dyno that day?

oh, the first round of testing he did was much more dramatic, with a 70mm tb.

Been wanting to get dyno'd for the last 6 months My friend continuously tells me he's going to get us a hook up from his friend. But he's busy as crap. Supposedly we have an appointment for not this upcoming weekend, but the weekend after. I really hope it happens so I can get my Pro-M Optimizer on too.

I'm tempted to goto a dyno around here though while on spring break but at $85 for 2 pulls with A/F... Too rich for my blood

Looks like the 70 mm tb works better with this set up. C&L shows better gains
with the 75mm with their testing.Who is right I gotta think custom tune and dyno will show better gains Still, for the price it looks like
it's not worth the money

Well putting them on and call it quits are not really worth anything... But if you get a tune, it might be really worth it.. I hope my adaptive tune will come through when I install mine..

It ended up being around 11 miles for the day.

I'm sure I didn't help the longevity of the car

That's what Accufab was promoting all the time, but you know how everyone thinks "bigger is better" and wanted to "supersize" their throttle body....

So, Accufab started making the plenums to accept the 75mm TB...

Consumer demand........

I think it will be VERY worth it. I tend to think of this as a foundation to build upon. I'm not just going to stop here.

Looks like the Accufab 70mm with Accufab Plenum Rocks !

With the 70mm there was a 7.94 RWHP 7.6 RWTQ gain, while with the 75mm there was only a 6.31 RWHP 6.88 RWTQ gain over baseline. Granted the baseline was different for the tests, but it is still showing the 70mm to be a better match then the 75mm TB for Accufabs Plenum. Am I the only one seeing this, or is everyone jumping on the bigger TB is better bandwagon? Again my only concern is that the baselines were different, so its not a "true" comparison, but he did the best he could with what he could do
Good job man, now I just gotta figure out if the baseline difference warrents me getting a 70mm or a 75mm TB

I dont know if anyone cares, but here is info from Accufab regarding flow with the Accufab Plenum with diff TBs

ACCUFAB PLENUM ONLY 287 574 643 680
w 65mm Stock Mustang T/body 235 470 526 557
w 70mm Accufab T/body 265 530 594 628
w 75mm Accufab T/body 265 530 594 628

It seems to flow the exact same with the 70 or 75mm TB attached

There is only a $10 difference in price between the 2 setups though, so I guess its whatever you prefer.

Yeah I was gonna say not much different than tearing @$$ down I-45 !

So is there any point to getting a TB at all ? Or just run the stock TB, and an Accufab plenum ? Or is the Acccufab 70mm TB, and Accufab plenum the best for n/a.

Maybe the 75mm Accufab TB, and Accufab plenum for poweradder cars ?

Thanks again Matt !

I'm going to go with 75mm TB Accufab/Accufab Plenum... unless I can get both TB to dyno at the same day and decide it right then..
