Hi Guys...

Ok just to give a little brief about my situation...
I own a stock 97 V6 Auto Stang (matte black) its got a stealth theme

Now, I have had my car for about a year and half now and bought it in a hurry as a first car....
I have gotten quite bored of the auto tranny and v6 stock so am currently looking for a manual v8 1999-2004 body stang....

But, this is proving VERY hard to find ....

So to explain to you guys the reason behind this (to cut a long story short)... I live in the Middle East and it is VERY VERY hard (basically impossible) to find a manual car.. NOBODY buys manual here...
(so they simply don't import secondhand manual cars cause of the market here not wanting to buy them!! which sucks!)

You cannot even buy manuals brand new from the showrooms - you have to order them and that can take up to 3 months!!
And, usually if you DO find a manual , it is in very very bad shape .....

So, i feel as my search for a new car is going to take awhile... I should make the most of my car and mod it up a bit !
What do you guys think? What mods can be done to a V6? Is it worth modding a V6 or will it just cost a lot for minimal performance??

I currently have a hole in my exhaust so it is very very loud (i have been stopped by the cops a few times...! lol) and need to get this fixed... so while in the garage, i was think of putting a performance exhaust on? Any ideas or reccomendations?
Do you guys think i SHOULD change my car or could I make my v6 as powerful as a v8??

Thanks, any advice would be great guys.... !!

(I have attached a photo of my car..)

It really depends how much you like your car. You can make your car as powerful as a gt but you'd probably need a blower under the hood, either a supercharger or a turbo, and both of those will cost you in the thousands. If you're looking for a little more performance to make your car stand out from other v6s while you're waiting for a new car look into bolt ons like intake, exhaust, headers, pulleys as well as gears and a tune. As for exhaust, I've got flowmasters and i like their deep rumble. If you want more performance tho look into magnaflows or borla.
