Does anyone know what this plug is for? It’s on a 1995 mustang Cobra. Drivers side underneath the dash.

I am going to guess one of the switches on the clutch pedal. Does the car start?

Red wire with blue stripe is usually ignition wire as part of the starter circuit. Just a guess. Would need to get hands on an EVTM to trace it out. I don't have one for that year unfortunatelyt.

It’s not the clutch switch. Clutch switch has a fuse in it to complete it. I’m thinking it right be for the seat belt chime

Look around for a female plug it might have gone too. Bridge the terminals and see if the car starts first.

It’s not the clutch switch. We already have it jumped. Car turns over now. Can’t find an open plug to match it. It’s like there’s a harness missing. Dash is out.

Yeah, I am pretty sure I have a plug like that under the dash as well that goes no where. For some weird option or something. I don't think that's your problem.
