Engine Plugs for 408 with Victor Jrs

Figured its time to put some new plugs in my car since its been having a rough idle lately. Been running the
NGK BKR6E-11 ever since i put the motor in over ten year ago. Should i stick with the same plugs with the
Victor Jr heads or is there something else better someone would suggest.

Took one out today and its a fricken AL 3923?!

Any input on these plugs would be appreciated
