Headers

Check to see if you have clearance between the fire wall and where the header tube goes down under the car. You should be able to use a flash light and see a gap between the header tube and the fire wall looking down into the engine bay on either side of the back of the engine. I had to demple the passenger side fire wall on my 2002 GT. The slp long tubes was expanding when they got hot and vibarating against the fire wall. This is just one thing you can check and what was happening when I heard a noise after my header install.

BBK X and Flowmasters are known for their "rattle" sound, that could be all it is. I couldn't hear much but nothing that sounded like a real problem stood out except it sounded like you bottomed out on the exhaust once or twice.
