Poersteering queston

If you were to disconnect the power steering pump will the rack still work? If so how long? Would it dry up then seize up? I'm looking to delete the powersteering but still (for now) i have to use the power steering rack till i can get the manual one. peace

just buy some of those little caps they sale in assorted sizes at autozone and plug the holes. and im sure you know but its gonna be a pain in your a$$ to try and turn. hope you dont need to take any evasive action..

Yeah i'll try it? I get the caps for free at work! Shouldnt be to bad with skinnies on front to turn? I really dont think it'll be that bad with the street tires if your moving? peace

I just routed the hose in a loop to block it off. Don't ask me how it works I did that w/ my h/c/i swap that I started in Jan. It's still not done.
