I just called the clerk of the county where I got my ticket for window tint and they say it comes with 2points from the dmv. I check florida statutes which says window tint is a non-moving violation and comes with no points. WTF! What should i do

Call tomorrow and hopefully you speak to a new person that might give another answer.

Tint is deff a 0 point violation. Even here in NJ where it's completely illegal.

Ask to speak to the person in charge of the county clerks office, and have prepared a copy of the traffic law statute which states that the offense is a 0 point non-moving violation. Usually most cops just give a parts warning ticket, or a fine ticket but you can make it a parts warning by having your car inspected by the DMV so they can insure the parts were removed (some states also allow this by notarized photograph and letter).

Tint is legal in Florida on all windows. If you went darker then they allow then that is your dumb ass fault

Florida Tint Law Enacted: 1991 (per a tint company website)
HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN FLORIDA?

Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Florida, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.

Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 28% of light in.
Back Side Windows Must allow more than 15% of light in.
Rear Window Must allow more than 15% of light in.
