Was debating on getting my Rims polished but I was wondering where I can find the polished center caps at, and what kind of price I would be looking at.
I believe that they chrome the center caps and put them back on. No one sells polished center caps for pony wheels and there is no way you could polish the factory plastic ones! Go to www.thepolishingshop.com ,,, great work!
I think Summit sells the chrome ones that go with the chrome ponies. I am pretty sure they offer them separatly, but I dont know how well that is going to match.
My friend polished his ponys...and for the center caps he brought it to a sticker store ( one of those places were they put stickers on cars + desighns ) they put a polished/chrome sticker on them very nicely around the horse and everything. They come out very nice and they match up good. It didnt cost much either. Good luck!
50resto.com has them but the o.e. ones are $47.00 a piece. They do have aftermarket ones that are only $20.00 a piece, they don't have a logo on them. They also have the aftermarket ones with the snake logo on them for $25.00 a piece.
Any body know if the 10-hole center cap will fit them. I have sets of both around, I will check. Its aluminum and could be polished to match. It also looks nicer and is built better IMO.
