probably about a smidge above nothing. best example i can think of:
the puter can sense when someone is push starting (compression starting) the motor and it will widen the dwell window to accomodate this.
 
Don't know about that, but the computer needs 400 (I think) rpm to stay running. If the rpm falls to 400 it shuts off. To put that into perspective, that's only 6 cyclinders (out of 8) firing per second.
