alright guys so i was at the local... race area. and these kids wanted to hear my car, and of course i obliged. we mustang owners know that somewhere deep down in every person there is an appreciation of the american muscle that blows them, one of their friends, or even their family off the road.(sorry i am a little tired, which is probably why i am ranting on and on so i will write the important stuff in caps)

I WAS REVVING MY CAR AND THEIR WERE TWO POPPING NOISES THAT CAME AT ABOUT 3000 RPM.(AOD) IT SOUNDED KIND OF LIKE BACKFIRING OR LIKE I HAD STRAIGHT PIPED MY CAR BUT NOT SO. MY CAR WAS FINE AFTERWARDS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS ANY IDEAS, AND AGAIN SORRY FOR THE RANTING LIKE I SAID IM TIRED.

no clue what kind of spark plugs havent checked them since i bought the car. it sounded like it came more from the drivers side i think. but the two guys standing in fron of it and neither did my girl so maybe i was just imagining things. i dont know what a lean pop sounds like. the pops in the car werent really loud just pops and then it didnt happen again

yeah yeah, its kinda hard to get to them though gotta take of the s/c and on and on. any ideas to spead up the process, also bad plugs could make the idle a little rougt too right. like they could make the idle slightly uneven?

yes bad plugs could mess with the idle. i have seen people do the plugs and not have to take the s/c off. there should be ways around it. good luck
