port and polish heads

whats the average labor cost to port and polish heads? what kind of gains can i expect to see. I've got a 2001 gt, with all bolt on's except headers.

mostly people buy a set of already done heads and then swap them

PP heads produce "about" 20HP gain, according to Scott@VT.

Gains from PP heads depends on what other mods you have done to the car. If your stock exept for the PP heads you won't see too much of a gain but once you start running cams you'll notice a decent increase in HP.
