I am a big fan of the comp cams xe286R made 555 Hp and 516 ft lbs on a 393 with your heads (not ported) peak hp 6600 and peak torque 4900. With 450 ft lbs and 300 hp at 3500 rpm make for a mean ass car! Nice combo mind you it was carbed but whatever you get the idea. With a 418 and the same cam and heads it made 621 hp and 562 ft lbs with 12:1 comp.
cam specs are
lift .614/.621 and 248/254 duration at .050 lift
maybe trickflow stage III(236/248-.574"/.595"-110 lsa)rpm range for a 302 would be 3200-6800.i personally don't know if the extra cubic inches will effect in anyway

49cc, man you milled them pretty good. If you need one this week you are limited to a stock shelf cam and that may not yeild you the best end results.
Call the cam manufactor to see what they reccomend for a stock shelf cam, COMP has always had good tech service. Otherwise I'd get a custom, but you'll have to wait a few weeks.
