Extrude Hone it. I dont know how much it costs though. Best thing to do is save for an after market one better in the long run
i called a local machin shop and they said they'll port the lower in about 3 hours.. 60 bucks an hour.. worth it?

I wouldn't do that, TMOSS charges just north of 100 bucks. I think 110, but I'm not sure. Plus he is THE person to go to for porting stock lowers. He's done so many and has so much experience I wouldn't even look anywhere else.
Thanks for the props guys.........and the pricing above is labor, shipping is ~$25-30 total.
the upper can be ported, but it does have to be cut open. I don't recommend it unless you have a VERY good reason for sticking with a stock intake (stealth racer). You can open the upper TB runner from 63mm to 65-67mm to run a 65mm TB. Porting the lower brings the stock intake into the 180-190cfm range, well above the 160cfm the stock heads flow and right about what stock GT40/GT40P heads flow. Both of those heads are a good application of a stock ported intake.
Extrude Hone is well over $500 for an intake - definately NOT worth it for a stock intake imho.
