Yep I did do itmyself

I can give you the pics that I based all my work on, just PM me. I never smoothed up the inlet like I would like it because I couldnt get ahold of the proper tools before I put the blower back on. I did however pull the plenum off and smoothed it WAY up vs how it looked before just about 2 weeks ago. For example here is a Plenum I ported...portwork on this plenum is probably a hair cleaner looking than the one I run on my car currently because I decided to sell it and wanted it too look sick.
Anywho the inlet side of my blower currently looks NOTHING like this...I used an aggressive professional LONG porting bit and it just eats away at aluminum so it didnt leave a smooth finish.
Here is the inlet side of the blower....but note that I did take a wire grinding wheel and sand paper (sand paper by hand....didnt do much LOL) run it all inside and got it looking a good bit better/smoother...but its still NOWHERE close to the plenum.
And the underside...I also had a tig welder put in a airflow stabilizer plate thats not shown.
Port actually dropped my IAT2 temps by
20*s! that initself is worth it. Car made 476RWHP and 502RWTQ with a safe tune in 87.99* weather...SAE. Made 490/516 STD. Also note these #s are with a plenum that looked simular to the inside of the blower (wire brush and sandpaper treatment as well)....I smoothed the plenum up AFTER the dyno.
Im going to go with a single blade TB and plenum....port the heck out of it. Smooth the inlet side of the blower to my standards, change the plugs, clean the airfilter and go back to the dyno and see what happens. Im wanting to see 50XRWHP atleast....im thinking that it should be VERY close. Probably 49X.
