Porting/Polishing throttle body?

Any info on this? Has anyone tried it in a 99+ SOHC? I noticed theres tons of cheap throttle bodies on ebay, is it worth trying?

I did my throttle body and plenum at the same time so i don't really know how much the ported t.b. is helping but with the two there was a big sotp difference
