Replaced the front steering rack bushings, under warranty.
Thats pretty much it. I need to take it in for the stupid seatbelt not retracting properly, and I am getting a whistling noise from the passenger side front pillar area, but other than that, its been a solid car.
Now, if I could just find a set of struts that will hold up on these ****zy streets here in New Orleans
96 GT
Problems REQUIRING my attention:
-Leaking Radiator
-Snapped spring and blown strut (my own fault, didn't realize there was a speedbump and didn't have time to slow down so I hit it at about 35mph)
If i get a 97 or 98 model, it will probably have 120000 or so miles. It sounds like several of the problems are very abundant, but happen within the first 50000 miles. Should i be worried buying one like i described? Still debating, i am looking at a gt but may step up to a 94-95 cobra. This will be a daily driver, so needs to be reliable. Thanks.
