I think it has to do with the diff time zones and stangnets clocks not being set to the same times. dunno

I know it's freaking me out. I don't know who's posting the question anymore. No mention of it in the staff section either. Could it be just in this section?

I think it has to do with wether you're using stangnet.com, or stangnet.net

I also noticed that you can't see who is on here at the bottom of the screen.

I can only see the moderators....weird.

what is the difference between net and com? is that the mirror thing that they were getting ready to install a while ago? BTW, the post thing happens a lot in 5.0 tech (fox). seems some people are worse than others. i.e. ECU 5.0 is always posting above the original poster's question in fox tech and the outhouse (or whatever it is called this week).

the QR box thing sucks. i normally write up thread down there. it is making me claustrophobic.

I agree, the quick response box is annoying with that obnoxiously large circuit city ad. I totally understand the need for advertisements with such a large site like this, it takes alot to pay the bills. What drives me nuts is how i've noticed that lately the advertisements have been getting bigger and bigger. Not only on this site either.....on alot of websites out there. It seems as though the advertisers keep pushing larger and larger ads, or want you to have pop ups everywhere. Soon no matter where you go online you'll be reading pages with 90 percent ads, and the other 10 percent content...LOL

I believe stangnet is probably using different servers for their mirrors and for whatever reason there is an error somewhere between the times of the servers which is making some people's posts later/earlier than others. Either that or there is a script error in an upgrade they've done to the VBulletin board. It really sucks when your post looks like you are talking to the wrong person and that person gets mad because they thought you were screwing with them...LOL
