Yes. The dealership it was originally sold at is about a 10 min drive from me.

I did drive it in snow through HS. Fond memories of being completely sideways with it as I drove down the road. I had to address the strut towers a few years back. But in the 28 years I’ve owned it I’ve addressed all the problem spots. At this point it’s just a garage queen due to time and having other cars to drive too

Mike, remember your posts showing the strut tower repair. Knowing where it started, it sure looks good!

I bought my ‘86 on Sept. 30, 1986, and used it as a daily driver for 13 years. I remember one hill where I live that I avoided during the snow because I couldn’t get enough traction to get up the hill.

Picked up an explorer intake this weekend at a pick a part for $40. Now I just need the rest of a fox body to put it in

Mine was an AOD back when I was DD'ing it. There's this one road I used to drive to get to HS that has a nasty crown to it. I remember one day coming home from school, having the front wheels cranked over about 45 degrees or so while the rear end was hanging near the curb. I think i drove a good half mile down the road like this. I don't even know how i got around at all with it in the snow like i did
