Something by American Racing. Not entirely sure of much else on them. Personally, I'm not a fan. Still wondering what wheels I should get when I do a 5 lug conversion.

Nice! Oreilly brake fluid and masterpro gear lube! Don't forget to buy friction modifier. As far as i know, The only oil we(Oreilly) sell that has modifier in it is royal purple.

when I spoke with omni specialty packaging they ensured me there was a friction modifier in the lube already but I already have friction modifier anyways and dont see the harm in putting it in anyways. BTW I work at store 3649 what about you?

Over the weekend i took a ride by the beach near Belmar NJ they still have all the roads blocked so you cant drive any roads along the beach. Construction equipment was everywhere each road that led to the beach looked like this (phone pics)

There it sits next to the house with to donor car. Its a 90 LX convertible I just picked out last weekend. Needs a new top thats why the tarp is on it. I pulled the headlights out the other day since I'm gona do a 85 four eye swap. (Plz dont give me , I love the four eyes and this car was solid and complete). The donor is a 91 Mark VII. Its a nice car and everything but I want a mustang and its a good donor car. Its got a Cobra converted 5.0 with a Vortec SC. The Mustangs about four cylinders short so this is whats going in it.

Beautiful job! I hope to have mine that nice in a couple of years. Wish I could do it in least but I just don't have the resources. Maybe if I can find a house with a garage. How long did it take you to get this far? As of right now I want to paint mine Granite Pearl with some Candy Apple red modified Mach 1 stripes. I'm just hoping to have the engine/trans and suspension brakes done before the cold hits again in falls. Still freezing ass here so I haven't been able to do anything to it. Just got it and I'm dying to start working on it. Maybe I'll gut the interior and start refurbing and painting the panel. Can also put the cobra intake and polish it while the weathers so cold.

It's taken me roughly over a year and a half to get this far. The interior is completely gutted still and the exterior isn't actually all put back together yet. I've had many troubles along the way with this thing. Many times have I wanted to quit and just sell the thing but I keep coming back to working on it. Good luck with yours. You're definitely going to have fun with it. And you're definitely going to have a few snags along the way. Prepare to be frustrated a LOT

Oh and BTW, I'm kinda diggin' the 4-eye front end swap. It's always people going from 4-eye to Aero-nose, I think it's about time I see someone do just the opposite. Are you going to get the 79-86 quarter windows as well? Those were also changed when they went to the Aero front end

Altho I launched the hood the other day caving the cowl in beyond repair...ugh!! Forgot hood pins after distraction.

Edelbrock Intake and Heads, BBK 75 mm TB, Shorties, Subframe, Alloy Axels, Cobra Fr./Rr. disks, BBK up/low fr/rr Control Arms and Camber Plates, 190 lph in-tank & 250 gph in-line(don't ask), smog pump A/C & cat delete, 4.10's, 10.5 cr, tko, ProM mas, BBK cai, working on SCT 4-bank replacement as accidently removed old unit and ditched(long story)...presently need dyno tune via unknown internals (motor built @ previous owner, dragged solely) Runs strong, too good for sticking...
Future mods... Magnum 6-speed, Blower, re-engineered suspension, interior rehab.

Mine came up when I was doing 70mph I thought I died. It came through the window and cracked my dash. I had the adjuster leave the dash out of the claim because it would of totaled the car. Ended up making a nice profit on the whole deal though

That's always a plus. Coming out ahead with insurance... Had a fiberglass hood on my 69 Mach 1 fly off at around 70 around 29 years ago.... that was a clean lift off tho... had 2 pins and 2 master locks on front, the pins sheared and hood went straight up.....lucky as hell it didn't kill anyone on the way down as it took flight a good 50 ft in the air.

Yea, I like the newer interior and the older four eyes. It's a convertible is I don't have to worry about the quarter windows. I'm gona change the rear bumper n body moldings so it all matches w the 85-86 bumper. Was also thinking about filling the grooves in the molding and bumper to smooth out that look a lil more.
