Post pics of how your foxbody currently sits

If you don’t bleed when you work on your car it isn’t fixed right.
Got that right. Bashed my thumb with a 5# sledge last night banging on ball joints! I had neoprene gloves on and didn’t know I was bleeding until my wife yelled at me for getting blood all over the white kitchen cabinets when I came back inside lol

Hopefully doesn’t look like this forever lol

And yes my car cover is on backwards. Was cold so I just hurried up.

A few years back I had taken my car for an inspection, they told me while doing the test drive that the car died and had to be pulled into a parking lot. I told them to tow it to my house and I would figure it out as I wasn't gonna pay the shop for it. Turns out the fuel pump died and I had to replace it.

Wait... Where are they doing 'test drives' for emissions?

I would have a difficult time (probably would not happen) letting some half-wit at a smog station drive my 500+ HP Mustang for jack-shiznet.

...and my Caddy? Suck-a-u-no-wut

State law said (at the time, it's been done away with as of this year) that they had to drive the car to ensure the proper operation of things like brakes and whatnot. It was standard for every car at the time, want to drive your car, these are the rules.... As of this year however any car over 25 years old needs no inspection at all, any car under 25 years old in certain counties has to pass an emissions test, but not more safety inspections at all.

Noob here. This is my ‘85 getting ready for her 40th birthday (6/8/85 purchase date). I’m the original owner, it’s been in storage since 1987. 24K miles on the car as I used it as a daily driver for two years.

She’s in the capable hands of Fox Mustang Restoration in Charlotte getting the major mechanical stuff out of the way. The interior (other than the headliner) is in great shape and still smells new : )
