02 Dodge Ram--hence my sn.

I almost didnt, killed the car though....
I met a light post at 75mph while under the influence. And this is the reason I dont drink or smoke.... And to think I was never a drinker or smoker anyway, just one crazy bachlor party night...

84 or 85 can't remember My first stang it was a V6. Never drove it on the road couldn't get it inspected. It was traded for my 66 coupe

Also had an 85 Ranger (POS gave it back to my dad when I got the Bronco)
86 Bronco Full size eddie bower edition ( was given to us guy said it needed a wiring harness and was dangerious didn't want to pay for a new one. All it really needed was new VC gaskets. gave it to my ex gf which she destroyed it)

Damn... I laughed out loud when I saw your picture ... but not because it was funny. Amazement is more like it. I knew you were alive, since you posted the picture, but my first thought was "whoever was driving that is so dead." Lucky, lucky, lucky! Should've bought a lottery ticket ASAP after that one.

Yeah, SHO's are quick My friend had one that ran high 13s with 160k miles on it. It was deffinatly a freak of a car. It wound up starting to smoke, then threw a rod, but he beat that car every second he was in it.

Are those 18"s? The back looks bigger than the front...is it just the angle

i think the back looks smaller. prolly cuz he's runnin a bigger sidewall up front. My car has the same F***in problem with 255/45's up front and 315/35's out back. Whos knows, mabey it is the angle

I like Mustangs, what can I say? That's what happens when you buy a different one every year or so . There was actually a pretty big gap between the '94 (red) and the '97 (green) -- I had the '90 and '94 when I was in the Air Force, sold the '94 when I got out of the Air Force and went to college, and I didn't get the '97 until after college. The '98 Cobra is the one car out of the entire bunch that I truly regret ever selling.

Those are AFS 18x9 "Black Chrome" '03 Cobra replicas.

All four are 18x9, all the tires are 275-35-18. I wanted the ability to rotate them around, so I decided not to go with different sizes front & back.

The reason there appears to be a difference is 1) camera angle, 2) the tire-to-fender gap in the back is larger, which might be due to 3) a pothole in my driveway. Some combination of those factors, at least .

Its was a 97 GTP. Man i miss that car, fast roomy, bitch magnet, but i love the mustang now. lol

Now I have my '95 GT (the one in my avatar), and The Wing as my daily driver. And because I'm bored and trying to put off going to bed ... here is my thoughts on each of the Mustangs I've owned...

The '90 GT was a piece of crap. Possibly the worst purchasing error I have made on a car -- but it was a great education. It had been totalled when it was brand new (rolled), fixed, leased as a new car to an unsuspecting buyer in a different state, and then totalled again a few years later. It used to dump water on my leg whenever it rained when I would hit the brakes, because it would pool up inside the lip of the trim along the top of the driver side door. The roof was bent, so it was not fixable with new weather stripping . I got screwed when I traded that car in, for sure. To make it worse, the guy who sold it to me was another Air Force member, in my squadron... and he knew the history, because his dad owned the used car lot and body shop that bought the car as salvage and rebuilt it.

The '94 was a sweet car. It was stone stock except for Flowmaster two-chamber mufflers. And it would get 29 mpg on long trips . I got that in '95 and got rid of it in '96 when I left for OSU. Couldn't afford the $457 payment . And that was also the end of the two-car education that began with the '90, that helped me learn what it's like to be 1) extremely car rich and poor in every other way, and 2) severely upside down. Just imagine a $457 payment. That's almost what I pay for The Wing now, and this was 10 years ago... It goes without saying that I make a lot more money now than I did as an airman.

The '97 GT was boooooooring. Not fast, not worth trying to make fast. Got in a minor wreck ($4500...) and didn't want it once it was fixed (cars are never the same after a wreck...). Traded it for the '98 chrome yellow Cobra.

I regret selling the '98 Cobra because it was very unique and rare, and it was just plain cool. It had its share of problems, like the rod bearing that spun the night I drove it home from the dealer. But after a dozen trips to the Ford dealer it was good as new. When I sold it, I knew the very day I dropped it off to be shipped to the new owner that I had made a grievous error in judgement. I just had a personal attachment to it that is hard to explain... maybe because it was my first obnoxious yellow Mustang .

The '99 Cobra I never did like much. My one and only convertible, and what it taught me was that I couldn't stand a convertible SN95... even with subframe connectors it was a rattletrap wet noodle.

The '03 Cobra was a whole lot of fun but way too risky -- the modulars cost a lot to fix, and the number of Cobras with motor problems is going up steadily as they age. If I had grenaded the engine, I'd be owning that car for several more years. And I didn't like it enough for that .

The '95 is probably going to get sold, because I just don't need three cars (I also have a pickup), and I can't really afford to mod two cars and pay for the mortage too . My attentions now are mostly focused on The Wing, as she is the current love of my life .
