It sounds like a wire or a cable ,but there should be nothing in there . I have to pull the carpet in the trunk and probably the back seat and side panel . Doesnt do it all the time but it is annoying when it does .Man, I got something like that going on too! Let me know what you find out. Looking good though!
My rear rims and tires are aftermarket, came with the car. Monstrous 305 Nittos on there. I couldn't even get my finger behind it in most spots, so I put some 1/4" spacers I had laying around on them, and voila, the noises went away! Must have been rubbing on something, though it seemed vibration related, but would get worse when turning sharp too and slower speeds in neighborhood.It sounds like a wire or a cable ,but there should be nothing in there.
