Post-stripping rust prevention

I used a cheap variable speed sander from harbor freight, 8" 3m sanding pad and 8" 3m 80/40 grit disks.

took me alot longer than 8-12 hrs, I had 4 layers of paint and factory primer to cut. This is why i used some 40 grit to knock it down alot first.

Thanks for the links... Looking good. Good call on the 40 disks, I was going to use 80, but alos have multiple layers to cut... Thanks for the advice.
