Well I just finished assembling Bill Perkins RAM Racing combo, 3rd pass out went a 9.89 @ 139mph not even tuned yet, motor was started late Sat night for the first time, set the time fuel pressure and loaded up the trailer...NA on DRAG RADIAL Not bad for 345ci

Rick, is that a .020" over bore 3.40 stroke crank combo? I want a street car that fast 
Can you give any suspension info away? I want to hook on a drag radial. I set my pinion angle to about -2* or so I think. I want to recheck to be sure. I think the yoke angle was 86* and the driveshaft angle was 88* so 86-88 = -2*.

Actually it's a .060" over bore, custom stroke crank, custom rod...High RPM. I'm really excited to see where we can go with the combo, but I think 9.40's are acheivable.
His suspension is typical aftermarket really nothing wild but the double adjustable Strange shocks in the rear, UPR stuff up front and out back.

Ran it on sunday. The one time I got it to hook it went 13.23 @ 105 and 1.88 60'. With 3.73's and shifting at 6000 I could almost go through the traps in third so I think 4.10s might be in order.

That motor has some very nice, expensive custom parts...
theres a possibility i may need to have someone else build my motor...not sure yet. problem is, i already have alot of my parts.
