Anyone ever installed a power antenna? I have a short antenna right now, but have always thought that a power one would be cool. I'd want a black one. Had one I put on my previous car that I got at one of the major car parts stores (don't recall which anymore), but it made a loud clunking noise when it got fully extended or retracted to shut off. Had people always wondering what the noise was. Factory antennas seem to be more quiet. Also after a year or two, the plastic piece inside the aftermarket antenna shaft that pushes or pulls the shaft up and down broke, and then only the motor would run and clunk and I was down to a manual antenna by needing to pull it out by hand.
