Power Door Lock Problem on 00' GT

I recently started having issues with my power door locks. The passenger side will not come up at all using the keyless entry or on the door itself. However, if i manually open the door from the inside, it will go back down but then will not come up once again. The drivers side works most of the time with the keyless entry/door controls but not always. Sometimes I have to use the key to open it. I'll be the first to admit that the electronics on newer cars are a new thing to work on for me so any help or tips on what to look at first would be appreciated.

Look at the door lock solenoid.

Thanks for the quick reply. I asked my friend who's a mechanic and he said the same thing so I will definately look into that.

Sometimes, just cleaning and lubing will work wonders. Use brake cleaner and lithium or silicone grease. Don't use carb cleaner as it leaves a residue that collects dirt/dust.
