Power Plate Throttle Body Spacer #'s BS?

Hey all!
I'm looking through my September Issue of 5.0 Mustang ans Super Fords and on page 80 what do I find? A throttle body spacer from Coast High Performance that is supposed to add 13 rear wheel horsepower and only cost $79 skins. Does anybody have this thing and is it for real? I am so skeptical about all of these CAI's and little stuff that advertise such big gains. Anybody else see this thing. If it's for real it will be in the mail to my house tomorrow.

You should be skeptical...because 13 RWHP from a TB spacer is BS.
A better idea is a plenum spacer, but 2 or 3 HP is more realistic.

Sounded like BS to me too. I thought maybe someone may have fallen for that line and would be able to say for sure.
