does anyone know how to access or repair these? my power drivers seat motor isint engaging. You can hear the motor running in it well, I think the gears or however it works just arent engaing, so I can move the seat forward and back, just not up and down, and i would reallllllllllllllly like to correct this problem
Thanks!

you have a motor under the seat sitting in the seat the motor will be on the right side toward the back the motor mounted in the middle moves the seat back and forth. the motor at the back right side control up and down movement it has a threaded rod ensure this threaded rod rotates when switch is engaged this threaded rod also is connected to another rod running from left to the right side and is fastened to it with a pin ensure this pin is in place... it might be easier to remove seat (4 bolts) hold it in place. you can tilt the seat sideways keeping electrical connections connected while its still in the car and watch motors work. if motor is indeed bad i have one for sale there easy to install you will see this when you look under seat after unbolting. but i think the pin connecting the threaded rod to the seat adjustment rod is broke or fell out....goodluck and pm me if you want to buy the seat motor i have the whole seat track but it has a broke seat to track fastener.

heres a picture of what i'm talking about...you see the motor on the left then the threaded rod and opposite end of motor where it connects to the adjustment rod see the pin connecting motor rod and thread housing to adjustment rod ensure your pin is intact....
